As everyone is aware, Central London is following the national trend with few buyers out there and prices down. However, it is widely perceived that the bulk of price falls will have been achieved in the 18 months between September 2007 and March 2009; the opinion being that the bottom is in sight. Vendors who are realistic in their pricing and who are willing to accept offers from buyers are finding a not altogether stagnant market.
