We can act quickly on your behalf to exchange contracts for your purchase within the deadline imposed by the developer. However, as we act independently of the developer, our advice always seeks to protect your interests.
We will quote a fixed fee to you at the time of your instructions.
Value added tax at 17.5% and disbursements (ie. out of pocket expenses) will then be added to the fees. We can clarify these to you at the time of instructions and indeed you will sign a formal Instruction Letter, which sets out the full fees and disbursements.
We can make savings for you on local searches and other search fees, which we will explain to you on instruction.
